Shipping Policy

Paperbacks will ship within 3-5 business days. Ebooks and audiobooks are downloadable immediately. You’ll receive a link via email from Bookfunnel with instructions on how to access your digital products.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds on ebooks or audiobooks. Paperback books can be submitted for a refund if they are damaged during shipping. Please submit photos of the damaged products to hello@tandemservicesink.com. You must pay for return shipping.

Occasionally people order an item by mistake. Please let us know as soon as possible, and we will try to make accommodations.
